Evidence.

Hey everyone! It’s your girl Julie, and we’re back with another segment of “Salty & Lit.” In today’s post, we’re going to be talking about evidence. Let’s pray.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for evidence. Thank You for the fact that You are alive in our lives. Teach us to know Your truth, that the Truth sets us free. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

When I think of evidence, I think of proof for something, and nature can often prove or point to (rather) the nature of God. For example, consider the birds in the sky: the way they glide in the air proves that the Person who created them fashioned them uniquely. The bird doesn’t always know where to go, but they have a sense of direction leading them in the path they should go. Where did they get that from?

The Lord.

The Lord, the Creator of Heaven and earth. The Creator of the universe. The One who created me and you. Nature points back to God and so does you. Consider how you were made: uniquely fashioned in the image of God (Genesis 1:26; Psalm 139:14). You are created in the image of God, and you can point back to God through your life.
